Zodiac Report is operated under the MyOffices business name by the owner of this website.

By continuing to use this website, submitting a form, or making a payment, you agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Entertainment Disclaimer, and you consent to the processing of the personal information you provide for report generation, payment handling, support, analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation.

We collect the information needed to operate the product: name or nickname, email address, birthday month/day without birth year, detected zodiac sign, selected report type, selected product tier, relationship context, selected question, selected tone, partner name or nickname when provided, partner birthday month/day or zodiac sign when provided, payment status, report status, report token, support messages, and technical/analytics events.

We do not need or request a birth year for zodiac sign detection. The birthday field is used to infer a zodiac sign from month and day only.

We use this information to create orders, process checkout, generate reports, display private report pages, enable PDF download, support share links, respond to support requests, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, improve the product, and keep basic business records.

By submitting a form or completing checkout, you consent to the processing of the personal information you provide for these purposes. You may choose not to provide information, but then we may not be able to generate or deliver the report.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Zodiac Report does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card details. Stripe may process payment data under its own terms and privacy practices.

AI-assisted report generation may process the information you submit in order to create the purchased digital report. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professionally reviewed before delivery. Do not submit information you do not want processed for this purpose.

We do not intentionally use your report-form content to train our own AI model. Third-party AI and infrastructure providers may process submitted content only as needed to provide generation, safety, reliability, abuse-prevention, and service operations, subject to their applicable terms.

If you send a question, feedback, or issue through the support widget, the message, optional email, current page, report token, notification status, and timestamp may be stored and forwarded to our support email so we can review and respond.

Basic product analytics may be collected, including page views, form starts, checkout clicks, payment success events, report views, PDF downloads, share clicks, upsell clicks, support widget opens, support submissions, device/browser metadata, approximate location derived from network data, and referral source.

The website may use cookies, local storage, session storage, server logs, and similar technologies for checkout continuity, analytics, security, abuse prevention, user experience, and remembering temporary page state. Browser settings may let you block or delete some storage, but doing so can break form or checkout behavior.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive medical records, mental health records, legal files, government identifiers, financial account numbers, passwords, private documents, or payment card details through report forms. Do not submit this information.

For compatibility reports, use a nickname or first name if possible and do not submit sensitive, confidential, or invasive information about another person. You are responsible for the information you choose to provide about yourself or anyone else.

Report pages use private tokens, but a person with the link may be able to view the report. Do not share a report link with anyone you do not want to see the report.

We keep order, report, support, analytics, and payment-status records as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and business operations.
