Zodiac Report provides paid digital entertainment and self-reflection reports generated from user-provided information, general astrology-based interpretations, automated templates, and AI-assisted text generation.
The website, reports, scores, matches, red flags, green flags, forecasts, share cards, PDF files, and any related content are provided for entertainment only. They are not psychological, medical, legal, financial, safety, dating, marriage, family, crisis, investment, professional, or relationship advice.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, to purchase or use paid reports. If you use the site for or about another person, you are responsible for having the right to provide that information.
If a report asks for information about another person, use a first name, nickname, zodiac sign, or birthday month/day only when you are allowed to provide it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or invasive information about another person.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including names, nicknames, email addresses, birthday month/day, relationship context, questions, and selected report type. Reports generated from incomplete, inaccurate, or fictional information may be inaccurate or unsuitable.
No report guarantees a specific outcome, event, reconciliation, breakup, financial result, life event, compatibility result, future prediction, or personal transformation. You are solely responsible for decisions you make after reading a report.
Do not use the service for emergencies, abuse, stalking, harassment, crisis decisions, medical or mental health decisions, legal disputes, financial choices, or any situation that requires qualified professional help.
You agree not to submit sensitive data that is not needed for the report, including government identifiers, payment card details, passwords, health records, legal documents, financial account data, explicit private information about third parties, or confidential information.
All purchases are for digital content. By completing payment, you authorize immediate generation and delivery of the selected digital product and acknowledge that refund rights are limited by the Refund Policy.
AI-assisted output is not reviewed by a psychologist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, therapist, counselor, relationship professional, or astrologer before delivery. AI systems may generate errors, omissions, repeated language, or interpretations that do not fit your situation.
We may refuse, pause, block, or cancel access if the service is abused, attacked, misused, used for unlawful activity, or used in a way that creates operational, legal, payment, or security risk.

These Terms do not yet include a custom governing-law, venue, arbitration, or class-action-waiver clause. Those provisions should be added only after the actual legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, relational, financial, reputational, or decision-based damages arising from use of the website or reports.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
