By continuing to use this website, submitting a form, or making a payment, you agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Entertainment Disclaimer, and you consent to the processing of the personal information you provide for report generation, payment handling, support, analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Zodiac Report sells personalized digital entertainment reports. Because the product is generated and made available digitally after payment, all sales are final except for the limited technical-failure exception described below.

By completing payment, you authorize immediate generation and delivery of the selected digital product and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel simply because generation has started, delivery has occurred, or the report page has become available.

We do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, entered incorrect information, selected the wrong report, disagree with the interpretation, expected a different emotional outcome, do not believe in astrology, did not read the disclaimer, found the report too short or too direct, disliked the tone, received a relationship result you did not want, or saw a different promotional price later.

A refund may be reviewed only when a paid report was not generated or not delivered because of a confirmed technical failure, and there is supporting evidence in our order status, system logs, payment records, support history, or other saved technical record.

Before approving any refund, we may first attempt to restore access, regenerate the report, resend the report link, provide a working PDF, or otherwise complete delivery of the purchased digital product.

Temporary delays, browser issues, lost links, spam-folder delivery issues, or user-side connection problems do not automatically qualify for a refund if the report can be restored, regenerated, or accessed.

Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase and must include the purchase email, approximate purchase time, report type, and a clear description of the delivery problem. Requests without enough information to verify the order or technical failure may be denied.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network, bank, or payment provider and is outside our control.

Chargebacks, disputes, suspected abuse, repeated refund attempts, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service may lead to access restrictions and may be handled through Stripe or the relevant payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under your local law. Where the law permits digital-content sales to be final, this no-refund policy applies to the maximum extent allowed.
